For property owners

Your property. Your charging strategy.

Whether you manage one property or a growing portfolio, the structure should fit your plan. Some owners want to own their infrastructure. Others want EV charging without making the full equipment investment. Others prefer to share investment and economics with an operating partner. Govian supports all three approaches.

The three structures

Pick the model that matches your capital plan

Property-Owned

You invest. You own. Govian helps operate. The property purchases and owns the charging equipment. Govian provides the charging technology, driver payment flow and operational framework that keeps the program running.

Govian-Owned

Govian invests in qualified projects. We build a long-term operating partnership. Subject to property qualification and a commercial agreement, Govian may invest in and own the charging equipment while the property provides the approved location and supporting site infrastructure.

Shared Investment

We structure the project together and align the economics with each party’s contribution. Eligible costs, responsibilities and charging economics are allocated between Govian and the property under a customized structure.

Availability, ownership structure, installation responsibilities, pricing and revenue-sharing terms depend on property characteristics, electrical infrastructure, project economics and the final commercial agreement. Govian evaluates each property individually. Govian may invest in qualified charging projects subject to site evaluation, project economics and a commercial agreement — funding is not guaranteed.

Scope

From site planning to charging operations

EV charging infrastructure includes more than the charger itself. Govian helps coordinate the path from property assessment and charger selection through qualified electrical installation, commissioning, network connection and ongoing charging operations.

Property Portal

Know what’s happening at your property

Property owners shouldn't have to wait for a spreadsheet from their charging provider to understand what's happening at their own site.

The Govian Property Portal is designed to provide authorized property partners with visibility into their charging locations. Access is scoped — property users are limited to their authorized organization and sites rather than receiving platform-wide access.

  • Site visibility. See your participating charging locations.
  • Charger visibility. Understand charger availability and operational state.
  • Charging activity. Review charging-session activity and delivered energy.
  • Commercial transparency. Access property-specific settlement information as applicable to your agreement.
Why this matters

Charging economics you can understand

Your property agreement should determine how charging economics are calculated — not an unexplained number at the end of the month.

Govian is building commercial transparency into the charging platform so applicable charging activity, payments and property settlement calculations can be traced back to the commercial terms governing your property.

When something requires attention, the goal is to surface the exception rather than hide it inside a settlement total.

Let’s evaluate your property

Whether you manage one property or a growing portfolio, Govian can help evaluate whether EV charging makes sense for your location.
